If you are a parent of a child at The Marist, then you are a member of the PTA!

As a school we are lucky to have an extremely proactive and dedicated PTA Committee who coordinate various fundraising and social events for the School. The PTA work hard to raise funds to help provide additional resources for every child's benefit. Recently the PTA have funded the mosaics around the school which have helped to embed the new mission of our school for the whole community. 

In 2017-2018 we are raising funds, through various events, for a new outdoor learning environment that will enable the older children to take their learning outdoors.

The PTA Committee meets on the first Tuesday of every month (within term time) at 7:30pm, and are usually held in the staff room. The Committee are always keen to welcome new parents to the meeting, so please come along.

Main events to look out for are:

  • Quiz Night – a great way to get to know other parents from your class
  • Krispy Kreme doughnut sales
  • Advent Bazaar
  • Second Hand Uniform Sales
  • Spring Ball – a chance to dust off the DJ and ball gown and dance the night away
  • Children's Treasure Hunt
  • Summer BBQ – a fun evening for all the family
  • Children’s Disco
  • Ice Pops for sale after school in the summer
  • Christmas Cards
  • T-Towels and Bags
  • And many more…. Maybe you have an idea or two?
