School Lunches
From September 2021 children will be eating lunch in the main school hall.
Ordering School Meals
Please see SCOPAY for details of the meal choices available each day, please note that there will occassionaly be amendments to the Twelve 15 published menus below as we tailor the options to best suit our pupils.
Daily menu choices should be made via www.scopay.com. If you have not made a selection via SCOPAY for your child's lunch then it will be assumed they are bringing in their own packed lunch from home.
Please order for a minimum of 1 week ahead. You can make changes up to 1 day before. You will need to have sufficient credit on your account, unless you have a child in KS1 or are entitled to Free School Meals.
You do not need to contact the school office to change from school meals to packed lunches – just amend your daily choices via SCOPAY.
Your current dinner money balance on SCOPAY will include any existing credit, or debit, as well as any adjustments for the full half term ahead allowing for any trips, inset or school closure days.

The published menu is a guide to the meals Twelve 15 will be serving at The Marist. Please refer to the daily choices available on SCOPAY when ordering your child's meal as the menus below are subject to change, either to meet the needs of the school or to ensure that ingredients are used to their optimum freshness. On occasion food may be served on different days to those published in the standard menu, such as World Book Day or for Chinese New Year.
Allergies, Special Diet Requests and Snacks
Twelve 15 cater for 14 recognised food allergens: celery, crustaceans, dairy, egg, fish, gluten, lupin, molluscs, mustard, nut, peanut, sesame, soya, sulphites. They also support vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, pork, beef free diets. If your child requires any of these diets and would like a school meal, please make sure you have informed us in writing of their special dietary requirements. (office@marist.surrey.sch.uk)

Children are allowed to bring one small piece of fruit or vegetable to enjoy during their morning break. This policy helps promote healthy eating while keeping snack time simple and manageable. Thank you for supporting our efforts to encourage nutritious choices amongst our pupils.
Free School Meal Eligibility & Pupil Premium Application Form
Your completion of this form enables the school to check for Free School Meal Eligibility and also if additional money (Pupil Premium) can be claimed from the Government. Free School Meals can be provided to pupils if parents/guardians meet the eligibility CRITERIA 1 overleaf. We urge you to complete this form even if your child does not take a school meal.
